THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CONSORTIUM FOR THE PROTECTION AND PROMOTION OF OLIO DI CALABRIA IGP AND THE ITALIAN FEDERATION OF COOKS OF THE CALABRIA REGION
provides for mutual cooperation between the parties for the purpose of disseminating correct information on the consumption of Olio di Calabria IGP and promoting its use among members.
provides for the promotion of initiatives to promote awareness of the organoleptic qualities of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Calabria IGP, such as the organization of demonstration activities and free training courses on its use in cooking.
undertakes to provide members with Calabria IGP oil at very advantageous costs compared to market prices and all participating restaurants will receive a certificate of membership and a sticker to be affixed to the entrance door of the premises indicating the use of Calabria IGP oil in cooking.
reserved exclusively for members, constitute a significant added value that enriches their business and at the same time encourages the consumption of a product of territorial excellence.
